Why Goal Tracking?
We believe in showing the effectiveness of our work. Goal tracking allows us to monitor the progress of our students and their families so we can offer the highest quality evidence-based services. With our easy to use online system, we track progress from every session so families can see their progress anytime, anywhere.
How does it work?
Once you get started with services, we will have a “Family Meeting” where our staff will support your family in setting goals for anyone participating in services. Once these goals are set, our team will upload them into the portal and send you your own personalized link that only you have access to. Then, you can go online anytime to see progress from sessions. Our team will work collaboratively to continue to customize services as long as you are with us, and you will also receive a monthly progress report to review all successes, challenges and any helpful notes. We will review progress with you so we can collaborate to make any adjustments and set new goals until you have reached ultimate success.
