How is Executive Functioning Coaching different from psychotherapy?
Executive Functioning Coaching and psychotherapy can focus on the same skills and challenges. However, Executive Functioning Coaching is beneficial to students because coaches are helping students with challenges as they occur several times a weekr in the students’ natural environment, rather than in an office setting. Often, Executive Functioning Coaching is less expensive than psychotherapy, and focuses on strategies and behaviors for success.
